Therapeutic Massage and Advanced Body Work
Therapeutic Massage
The soothing experience of a massage can benefit anyone. A therapeutic massage can increase circulation and mobility and may decrease stress and pain. Many different kinds of massage are available such as heated stone massage, lymphatic drainage massage, pregnancy massage, on site seated chair massage at the work place and home calls for the physically challenged.
Seated Chair Massage
This is a new way of offering the benefits of massage in a public area such as the work place. It focuses on the back, neck, head, shoulders and arms. The recipient is fully clothed and seated in a special chair designed for massage. Sessions will last approximately 15 minutes, the length of a typical work break. No private room is needed and no oils are used.
AromaTherapy Steam Treatments
Used alone, or in conjunction with massage, steam baths stimulate the immune system, improve circulation, and help the body to rid itself of impurities. AromaTherapy essential oils are used in the steam bath and as inhalants during other treatments to enhance the relaxation response.
